Patch 1.21 (November 7, 2017) Adjustments. Additionally for the PC version, an item called the the Dharmachakra Kabuto helmet will be included, as Koei Tecmo describes on their website: Nioh 1.21 PC Steam Release (November 7, 2017) Worldwide release on PC Steam based on Nioh version 1.21. This edition will include all three DLC expansions that were previously released. A Reddit community dedicated to Nioh and Nioh 2, action RPGs developed by Team Ninja and published by Koei Tecmo (PC) and Sony Computer Entertainment (PS4) for release in 2017 and March 13th 2020. The game was originally a Playstation 4 exclusive, but the Complete Edition will come to both PS4 and Steam. Nioh was developed by Ninja Gaiden developer Team Ninja, and follows a blond-haired swordsman in a dark fantasy version of Japan in the year 1600. We’ve seen some other Japanese action games, particularly Platinum’s Bayonetta and Vanquish, show up on Steam by surprise this year, so this has certainly been a nice trend for PC players.
